What You Need:
1 1/2 cup self rising flour
1 tsp salt
Juice and zest of 1 Lime
1 1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup of butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 small containers vanilla pudding
What to Do:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray (or you can make a flat cake, muffins, etc.)
In a small bowl add flour, salt, zest of one lime. Set aside.
Wisk together your butter until fluffy.
Cream butter with sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add cinnamonand lime juice lime juice.
Mix in 1/2 of the flour mixture and then one small container of vanilla pudding.
Fold in blueberries.
Transfer the batter into your pan and cook about 35 minutes until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
The two youngest just came from swim practice and were starving.
