Don't Wait Buyers--- If It Feels Right--- It is.

I love helping buyers find their dream home. I don't always love when my buyers don't see the right one, right away. As a Realtor, many times we "know" the house before you do. A great buyer's agent should ask enough questions about your likes and dislikes and get to know how you live in a home so that when "The One" comes along we are ready to jump as quickly as you are!

The worst is when we "know" it and you don't see it until it is under contract.

Of course, I would never tell you you are missing out because that is rude and it isn't my job to talk you into a home. The thing is, this typically becomes the turning point in home buying. This is when you as the buyer realize that sometimes waiting is the worst thing you can do.

Like the time when I know I had to have this Leopard Coat I LOVED but knew husband doesn't care for animal prints so I left it at the store. Then I thought about it all night. I even dreamed about it. The nex…

While I've Been Away

For those of you who read me on a regular basis, sorry to be away so long. We have been so busy around here since Christmas.

Ava has been swimming in multiple swim meets and that means early, early hours- LIKE 5 a.m. I don't think I have ever gotten up so early.

We finally had Christmas with the kids and by that I mean, we finally got our gifts. We went to Snowshoe, West Virginia and skied for three days. It was beautiful and I recommend to anyone who skis, Snowshoe is the Mac Momma on the East Coast.

Then the following weekend, last weekend, Joe and I turned right back around and headed up 81 to Knoxville, Tennessee for me to sing in one of my bestest friends weddings. It was beautiful and fast. When we got back Sunday, Joe was right back out the door to San Diego.

The girls and I have been cleaning house, going to school, working and trying to get some sleep in. I've been addicted to The American's on Amazon Prime when I can carve in some time. Hope all is well with you.

We are having a party for friends on Valentines Day because everyone wants to visit. I'm excited because Joe will be home. If he brings me a Vermont Teddy Bear though it may be the end for us.

I'll be updating the camera roll on here very soon.
