There are really just two major considerations when you determine the appropriate value for your Williamsburg VA property: market value and appraised value.
This is where many people get confused on value--- So many people will say, “The assessed value is X, so that is what it is worth”. This is so not accurate. Wednesday Wears: Buckroe Beach


On the way to something fabulous yesterday, the girls and I stopped at Buckroe Beach in Hampton for a quick view of the Bay. I wanted to share with you my outfit. I love dresses and Teva's in the summer because they are easy to throw on. Ava did my hair in Elsa's Frozen braid.
