What's My Home Really Worth--- The Question We All Want Answered!

There are really just two major considerations when you determine the appropriate value for your Williamsburg VA property: market value and appraised value.
This is where many people get confused on value--- So many people will say, “The assessed value is X, so that is what it is worth”. This is so not accurate. Many times a house will sell more than the assessed value as the assessed value is what the city/ county taxes you on. I’ve seen houses sell 30,000 over their assessed value and no one wants to leave money on the table. Do you? I didn’t think so!
So let’s go back to the two values I was talking about earlier!
Market value is the value that a buyer…today…is willing to pay for your home. This kitchen is almost perfect to me. The Gothic touches make me feel a bit Holier somehow. The dark paneled refrigerator doors and the banquet. It's really is a small kitchen too but feel so regal. I wish I was a princess.

My husband loves this salad and I think I know why. It's got so much protein in it. Doesn't it drive you crazy when you and your hubby diet at the same time and while you snack on wheat thins and stick of cheese he devours something like this and still loses more weight than you? Pisses me off too. Then he adds BLUE CHEESE to it!?!?! Make it this weekend and smother some of that awesome, smelly cheese and take a damn bite. MMMMMM.....

Personally I'm a bit pissed summer is about over. I love the water and the sun and the boat and the hot sand on my feet and hanging outside. I wish I had an outside space a bit like this to drink one of those soda pops from too.

I so want PURPLE CHINA!

Need to pitch a moldy picture in my entry hall and thinking I might try my hand at something like this? What you think?

Happy Favorites! What are yours this week?

  1. I'm not usually one for modern art, but that painting is beautiful. I love the dots and colors and streaks! I'm sad that summer is over, too. Everyone fusses about how excited they are for fall and I always think to myself, "Why?"
